Praxis Mutual Funds® will mail tax reports to account holders by the following dates.

1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT Jan. 31, 2024
1042-S March 15, 2024
5498-ESA April 30, 2024
5498 May 31, 2024
Please keep in mind that tax forms may not be issued if the reportable amount is below the IRS reportable minimums. For example, forms 1099-DIV and 1099-INT are not created for amounts under $10, if no withholding was taken from eligible distributions.
